I wanted to give it a chance, but my instinct was telling me the prices were way too high for what you get. In the end, it just didn’t feel worth the money.

"Got the wrong items in my order"
I received the wrong stuff in my order, which was frustrating. I know I was a bit rushed when I placed it, so I double-checked just in case it was my mistake, but the items I got definitely weren’t what I ordered. Not really happy with the experience.

"Delivery dragged on longer than expected"
I ordered some tiles and the delivery took quite a bit longer than the date I was given at checkout. I ended up having to chase for updates, and the tracking wasn’t much use, so it felt a bit like I was just a ticket number rather than an actual customer waiting on an order.
The tiles did arrive in good condition in the end, so I can’t complain about the product itself. It’s just that the delay threw off my plans with the fitter, which was frustrating. Not a terrible experience, but definitely slower and more annoying than it needed to be.

"Got my tile issue sorted in the end"
I had a small problem with my tile order and reached out to customer service. They got back to me the same day, which was nice, though I did have to follow up once to keep things moving. Once they picked it back up, they were really friendly and got everything sorted without any fuss. A little slow, but overall a good experience

I ordered the tiles because the site said they were in stock, and then right after that I got told they wouldn’t be available for weeks. my first reaction was just, really? Frustrating when you plan around something being available.

I went in hoping to find something decent, but the range felt really limited and most of the designs looked dated. Maybe I just showed up at the wrong time, but it was a bit frustrating because I needed to sort it out that day and there wasn’t much to choose from...

I went in feeling a bit clueless about which tiles would actually work for what I had in mind, but the staff were brilliant. They took the time to talk me through the different options and helped me understand what would suit my space best, without making me feel like I was asking silly questions. I personally really appreciated how patient and down-to-earth they were. It made the whole process feel much less stressful than I’d expected.

I returned some spare tiles I didn’t end up needing, which felt a bit unnecessary to keep around. The refund came through about a week later. Not a bad experience overall, just a little slower than I expected.

I found the tiles I needed quickly, and the filters were straightforward to use. Checkout was simple too, with no messing about. The site loaded well on my phone, which made the whole thing hassle-free.

The tiles from Al-Murad were actually really nice quality and looked pretty much exactly how I’d hoped. A couple did have little marks on them, which was a bit frustrating, and I do regret not checking every box properly before we started. That said, they weren’t bad enough to stop us using them, and now they’re down they look great. For the price, I’m happy overall, just would’ve been 5 stars if every tile had been perfect

"Cracked tiles, but they handled it really well"
One of the boxes turned up with a few cracked tiles, which was a bit frustrating at first because, you know, that’s the last thing you want when you’re trying to get things done. I sent over some photos by email and they just sorted it out without making it a big drama. The replacements took a couple of days to arrive, but overall I’m really happy with how they dealt with it
